I purchased a new 04 TL in late February and have had an unbelievable number of problems, which I will list here:

+ Two sets of replacement Bridgestone tires (three total incl OEM), to remedy flat-spotting and 60MPH vibration

+ One set of replacement Michelin tires and a new set of rims, which finally fixed the problem after four months

+ Replaced the seat memory controller

+ Fixed a sun visor rattle

+ Cheap/flimsy seat leather that looks four years old

+ Creaking/popping noise from the driver's and passenger side headliner - neither of which has been fixed after five times

The dealer is 35 minutes away (50 minutes in traffic), and I have had to take the car to the dealership a total of 7 times in 7 months.

The rattle/pop issue is the last straw. I have asked them to fix this five separate times, and they have not done so. Two weeks ago they had my car for two days and claimed they fixed it. Then this week they asked me to come up again and this time, stay with them while they fixed it. After three hours of my time they said they don't know what to do and that they cannot fix it. Now they want me to bring it back an eighth time so a "regional rep" can look at it.

I need the names, phone #'s and addresses of the following: CEO of Honda USA, CEO/President of Acura, and the top marketing person at Acura.
