My wife purchased a used Acura with 30K miles - still within the warranty period. The front splash guard continues to fall down. This is a very inexpensive item that has not been designed properly. Any time you rub a curb with the front of the car the spalsh guard falls off. It can be replaced (at our expense) but due to faulty design will continue to cause problems. Owners have even tried to permanently fsten these guards or even taken them off, thus causing other problems.

Here's the part that rubs us the wrong way. The entire customer service experience has been absolutley horrible. We have gotten run arounds, "flat nos", and "we don't cares" from everyone up the chain. Acura is obviously unaware of the fact that people shelling out high dollar amounts for luxury vehicles expect a decent level of customer service.

But hey, we should have know better than to buy a glorified Honda. Never again in my life will I buy a Honda or an Acura. This was the first time and last. I hope that $100 was worth it to Honda - the next purchase will be another BMW (which we are in love with).
