I bought a 2003 RSX and the air conditioner was half as cold as the one in my Toyota. I thought "Man, I guess Acura just makes bad A/Cs." Then, the A/C just completely goes out-no cold air. I took it to the dealership, expecting them to fix it, but they say there are several holes in the condenser, probably caused by rocks. I called Acura Customer Service center in Torrance CA and got denied. When I asked the rep., George, to speak with his boss he told me no, that there was no one else I could talk to. Acuras are usually pretty decent cars, but with such poor customer service from the dealer and the company, I will never buy one again. I'd rather buy a brand that will potentially have more problems but has great customer service.
