Problems with parts and Customer Service

I have called the parts dept. many times to get different parts (I cranked up the horse power and broke stuff) for my 98 Integra (Which I purchased from this dealership). On one occasion I call for an air conditioning tensioning bolt and air conditioning line. The parts guy new nothing about car engines or the parts in them. After I finally helped him for half an hour to find the parts by describing what they look like and walking him thought the engine so he could see the pictures. He ordered my parts. A week went by and he kept telling me it was on back order. Two weeks passed and I finally got upset and call Downtown Acura, Toronto. The parts guy there knew everything about parts in the car. I just said the name of the parts and two seconds later he found them. He knew exactly what they where and told me he could have them in one day. I placed the order and sure enough my parts where there. I will never go to Terrance Gate Acura for anything since their Knowledge and customer service Bites.
